UP Manifesto, Policies, and Disclaimers
At Ultimate Puppy, we believe in sharing what we know. We know that training a puppy during the first 16 weeks of his life will have a lasting impact. We know it’s much easier to live with a happy, well-adjusted dog than an out-of-control one. We follow a science-backed approach that’s mixed with lots of heart. We believe in audacity. We believe in clarity and good design. We believe in having fun and living the best life possible. Why not offer the same life for our dogs?
We have decided to web publish the Ultimate Puppy Toolkit for anyone to use. We will not be sponsoring this site with advertising. We may at some future date decide to republish the kit in a print version or we may offer other web based “Pro” versions of Ultimate Puppy to help finance the web site. But we will not be advertising.
All the material on this web site is copyright protected. The Ultimate Puppy logo is trademark protected. Please feel free to print our materials for personal use or as a handout in class. Printing in any form of volume for the purpose of resale is strictly prohibited.

In some cases we ask for other optional information including additional contact information and certain demographic information (such as location).
We may use your information to communicate updates about Ultimate Puppy. If you do not wish to receive these emails you will have the option to opt out of future mailings. We may also use your information to compile usage statistics and other data regarding the use of the Web site services. We will not share your personally identifiable information with third parties. We may, however, share with [educational organizations] aggregated statistical data that includes users’ demographic information but does not identify them. We reserve the right to provide any and all such aggregated and non-individually identifiable data to third parties.
We are not fond of Disclaimers of this type, as they seem to state the obvious, but we have been asked by our Advisors to include something.
